Dachshunds Working A Brush Pile

It has been a long hot, and dry summer in Iowa. Thankfully the fall hunting seasons aren’t too far off. Recently my Teckels Scout and Echo have been working a couple of brush piles in the yard. They have yet to catch the critters that they are after, but I enjoy watching them dig in the brush and get excited.  Although Teckels can excel at blood tracking, they are versatile and enjoy pursuing anything that spurs on their prey drive.
